When I first met him , wasn't sure who he was , once I started to chat with him ,, I learned he was highly knowledge about his job , had great experience ,answered all my questions quickly, without running to others for information anticipated my needs and was up front forth right with answers, honest !! First sign of deception , color me gone ! Very pleased to have met Mr. Whittaker.
