I'm a loyal GM customer, 40 + years of vehicle purchases, finance services and vehicle maintenance. Circumstances have placed me in the market for a new dealership for current service needs and future purchases. To date, I have come to understand that Skyway Buick is not the organization I trust with my business with. Currently, I have experience with the service department at Landers, working with Corey ...excellent service experience and I will continue to take my two vehicles to him. Also, recently I asked your sales staff to process a lease end / purchase. This transaction turned out to be difficult for staff and myself as no one I interacted with had processed such a transaction. As I noted in another survey response there wasn't a appropriate hand off from one sales staff to another. Leaving me to wonder who I was working with or who would end the transaction. I also left the dealership not having pertinent information regarding documents I would need for sales tax and registration with the State. Frustrating.
